This is a view of the damaged frame.
As you can see, the only piece of metal holding the frame together is the strap of steel welded to the front. Sometime in the cars life, someone was looking to get killed.

This Blog was created for the sole purpose of sharing my “unplanned” restoration project of my 1969 Chevelle SS. It has been a long tiring road … cleaning, repairing piece after piece but well worth it once the project is complete. CANNOT WAIT for the day I light up the tires and drive the open road with the windows down and the music blaring. It will truly be a BEAUTIFUL day indeed!
